Naruto's gonna end soon =[ I used watercolor pencils and wet q tips and smudged all the colors. Ironic how you use WATERcolors to make the flames lol. Anyways I used a 24 pack of Blick's Art Studio colored pencils, and a 24 pack kimberly watercolor pencil set. Okay hope you guys liked the tutorial =] and please like the vid if you want to!
